ABOUT US
Chantal Couture has had a passion for fashion and second hand since the ‘80s. In 2014 Frock was acquired by Funktional Gifts Inc and quickly grew to become Frock & Fellow in 2017 hitting the curated consignment fashion scene in Kelowna by storm.
Today, Frock & Fellow is a fixture on Bernard street, mixing vintage, current & classic stylings. Our talented team of stylists are waiting to greet you!

Step 1
Call or email us on our specified booking date for a drop-off appointment. Providing your Tues-thru-Sat morning availability helps us book you in faster!
Bring in no more than 30 items at a time—items must be freshly laundered, free of pet hair and in-season. Please bring items in a reusable bag, box, or bin; we prefer you not to use hangers!
Step 2
We'll go through the items and choose what we feel will work best in our store.
We love funky, fun, and classics with a twist! What we're not looking for:
Fast fashion brands such as Shien, Urban Planet, Forever21 etc.
Intimates or swimwear
Jewelry
We price items from 1/3 to 1/2 of its value or retail, depending on their current condition
Step 3
40% of the selling price goes onto your account once items sell
Spend the money in-store OR get cash for balances of $30 or less. Anything over $30, we write a cheque in-store, or e-transfer your payment! ($50 minimum e-transfer amount)
After 3 months, whatever items have not sold we donate to the Kelowna Women's Shelter thrift store

Call/email us on our designated booking day to request an appointment for the following month (ex. if booking day is in Sept, you are booking for Oct). The next day to book can be found on the front page of our website. We typically fill up by mid-afternoon on booking day so make sure to phone between 9:00am-12pm or email as early as possible in the morning. Appointments are first-come, first-serve and once we’re full, we’re full.

Appointments typically take no longer than 15-minutes, especially if our limit of 30-items/time is respected. Feel free to grab a coffee and come back!

We do not. Unfortunately, people often just no-show rather than cancelling ahead of time. As a result, we don’t know about open appointment spots until the morning of. But feel free to call us, and we can take a look for any sneaky openings :)

Call, email, or pop in and give us your name. We typically verify that we have the correct account by phone number. From there we can tell you anything you want to know (your balance, how many items are left to sell, etc.)

The only brands we don’t take are fast-fashion labels with a low resale value. These include—but are not limited to—Shein, Zaful, Urban Planet, Forever 21, Ardene, etc. Think “the less it costs, the less likely it will be consigned.”

No. We are a true consignment space. You only make money once your items sell.

If you have 5 items or less, you can send photos to shop@frockandfellow.ca, and the managers will let you know if you can bring them in to consign.

The short answer is no. After 2-3 months on the sales floor, any of your items that haven’t sold will be donated to the Kelowna Women’s Shelter Thrift Store (or a similar charity). The only exception we make is for luxury/investment items with an original value of $400 and up. Let us know at your appointment if you bring apparel in that price-range, and we can arrange a return if desired.

You make 40% of the final selling price for each of your items.

We don’t have a dedicated section because our stock fluctuates, but we have started putting black baubles on the hangers of items that are XL and above :)
